The Mirabel neighborhood offers a sense of community that is just not found in most areas of North Scottsdale. While the site is just a few miles north of the city, it feels as if you are thousands of miles from one of the largest cities in the country. Residents embrace an active lifestyle and get to know their neighbors. The golf course and the country club offer a focal point to bring the community together for more than just a round of golf. It is the heart of the neighborhood and a gathering place for all kinds of events, from a day of activities in the world-class fitness facility and at the clay tennis courts to a fine dining experience.
 
The homes at Mirabel range in size from around 3,100 to over 7,000 square feet and feature six or more bedrooms on the larger end of the scale. Three to five full bathrooms are also not uncommon. Some houses also offer a private casita for added living space or to meet the needs of a multi-generational family. And outdoor living is a must, with massive patio spaces for entertainment and large, luxurious swimming pools.
 
Many of the larger lots in the Mirabel area are selling at around $500K. Once the lot is developed, the average price will reach around the $1.5M range for a modest property. However, the sky is truly the limit when you get into estate-style properties. There are homes in the area selling for $5M to $7M.
