Guard-Gated Golf Community
Mirabel Country Club
Neighborhood Guide
Living in Mirabel Country Club
Mirabel is a private, guard-gated golf community in North Scottsdale centered on the member-owned Mirabel Club. Set across approximately 713 acres of high Sonoran Desert at about 3,000 feet in elevation, the community contains custom homes, homesites, and the El Corazon enclave near the Desert Lodge Clubhouse.
The guard gate, Mirabel Community Association, residential community, and country club form the Mirabel described on this page. Homes range from lower-maintenance El Corazon residences to large custom estates with golf, mountain, sunset, and city-light views.
Club membership and property ownership are separate decisions. Buying a Mirabel home does not itself create golf privileges; buyers should verify membership availability, category, costs, and transfer requirements directly with the club.
An Important Distinction
Mirabel Club vs. Mirabel Village Communities
Inside Mirabel's Guard Gate
Mirabel Country Club is the guard-gated residential golf community reached from Mirabel Club Drive. Its homes are governed by the Mirabel Community Association and sit around the club's Tom Fazio course and private amenities.
Separate Nearby Neighborhoods
Bel Canto at Mirabel Village, Montecito at Mirabel, and other nearby subdivisions with “Mirabel” or “Mirabel Village” in their names are separate communities. Their homeowners are not automatically Mirabel residents and ownership there does not provide access to Mirabel's guard gate, HOA, golf course, clubhouse, or amenities.
The naming distinction matters: a listing can contain the word “Mirabel” while being outside the Mirabel Country Club community. Because the club allows applicants who do not own property in Mirabel, a resident of a surrounding neighborhood may separately pursue membership, subject to availability and the club's approval process; that does not make the neighborhood affiliated with Mirabel.
Golf & Membership
The Tom Fazio Course at Mirabel
Mirabel's championship golf course is an 18-hole, par-71 Tom Fazio design measuring approximately 7,147 yards from the back tees. Opened in 2001, the walkable layout uses generous landing areas, strategic bunkering, multiple tee positions, and high-desert elevation changes to accommodate a wide range of players.
Notable features include the long par-4 ninth and eighteenth holes, a water feature at the tenth, and a Pinnacle Peak backdrop at the eleventh. The golf program also includes a caddie program, practice facilities, private and group instruction, clinics, golf schools, and club fitting.
Membership Contact
Mirabel offers equity Golf and Social memberships. The club states that membership is capped at 275 Golf and 50 Social memberships and that property ownership is not required.

Fitness & Wellness
Member amenities include fitness facilities, spa and salon services, a resort-style pool with cabanas, and wellness programming.
Racquet & Social
Four Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, events, tournaments, dining, and member activities support an active, club-centered lifestyle.
Buyer Guidance
What to Verify Before Buying
Correct Community
Confirm that the legal subdivision and HOA place the property inside the Mirabel guard gate rather than in a similarly named Mirabel Village neighborhood.
Club Membership
Review membership availability, category, approval, initiation contribution, dues, privileges, wait-list conditions, and transfer rules separately from the home purchase.
Property Details
Evaluate design-review obligations, HOA documents, lot exposure, golf-ball risk, cart paths, drainage, views, construction history, and any current assessments.
Mirabel Community Association: (480) 595-9374. Current governing documents, fees, and club terms should be reviewed during due diligence.
